This month’s letter
Hello - it's a New Day and a Good Day, I hope it finds you well and remains in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ. In this letter I want to briefly remind us to remain focus and balanced in your walk with Jesus, not veering to the left or right but with your eyes focused on our eternal prize. However, we also know there is a purpose for us to remain in the earth, that the Lord's house may be filled and we continue to build up and leave evidence that Jesus is our King. Focused - in simple terms is to be singularly minded, some would call it "having a one track mind". Balanced - again simply put is to remain under control, in the center, not veering to the left or right, a one word meaning temperate or moderation.
As a body of believers in the book of Matthew 6;10-"Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven."
We are to bring Heaven down to earth or to be focused on manifesting the kingdom here and wait until we get to heaven.The kingdom is defined in Romans 14:17 -
"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."
However, we should be balanced with knowing we have a spiritual inheritance in the first chapter of Ephesians 1, that speaks to the believer of what the Father has already done in us,
Psalms 35:27-
"Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant."
Speaks to us being heavenly focused on a God that takes pleasure in manifesting his goodness in the sons of God.
To close, don't be afraid to believe and ask for big things as you grow in faith. The Father takes pleasure in showing up in the lives of those who will trust in Him.
